في شركة هارلي-ديفيدسون® السعودية (شركة أبناء محمد علي المطلق للتجارة والمقاولات)، نضع رضا العملاء في مقدمة أولوياتنا. فإذا لم تكن راضيًا تمامًا عن مشترياتك، فنحن هنا لمساعدتك.

At Harley-Davidson Saudi Arabia (Mohammed Ali Al Mutlaq Sons Co. for Trading & Cont.), customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
· Return requests must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery.
· Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
· Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed and returned in their original packaging and condition with all original tags, instructions, hardware, etc.
· The original invoice issued by Harley-Davidson Saudi Arabia (Mohammed Ali Al Mutlaq Sons Co. for Trading & Cont.) must be provided.
· E-Gift Voucher purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
· E-Gift vouchers.
· Customised or made-to-order items (e.g., keys, painted parts, engines, VIN-specific components, etc.) are manufactured on request.
· All electronic devices.
· Underwear items- Due to health and hygiene considerations.
Option 1: In-Store Return – Free of Charge
Customers may return or exchange items free of cost at the following locations:
· Harley-Davidson® Dhahran Dealership
Dammam–Al Khobar Highway, King Fahd Road, Opposite Aramco Stadium, Ar Rakah 31421, Dammam, Saudi Arabia
· Harley-Davidson® Jeddah Dealership
Safeway Square, Building 8589, Shop 3080, Al Andalus, Abdul Majeed Shoubakshi Road, Jeddah
Please bring the original invoice with the item(s).
Option 2: Return by Courier
· Contact our team at ecom@harley-davidson-sa.com or call the relevant department (Saturday–Thursday, 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM):

· Upon approval, return instructions will be provided.
· For courier returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
· All returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Harley-Davidson Saudi Arabia.
· Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
· If the desired replacement is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued in accordance with our policy.
· Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
· Cash refunds are not available under any circumstances.
· We will process the refund or issue the credit voucher until we receive the items.
· Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item (excluding electronic devices):
· You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
· We will arrange a free return and replacement, or issue a full refund or credit voucher for the item.
· Overnight delivery is subject to the order placement time and working days.
· Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.
· Working hours: Saturday to Thursday, 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM (closed on Fridays).
· Orders placed after 4:00 PM on working days will be processed the following business day.
8. Purchases Made via Tabby
· If your purchase was made using Tabby, and you wish to return or exchange the item, you must first contact Tabby customer service for assistance with payment reversal or installment adjustment.
· Our team will still support the physical return/exchange process as per the terms above, but Tabby will handle financial adjustments directly.
