1. نظرة عامة

تقدم شركة هارلي-ديفيدسون® السعودية (شركة أبناء محمد علي المطلق للتجارة والمقاولات) قسائم هدايا إلكترونية يمكن شراؤها عبر الإنترنت على www.harley-davidson-sa.online . يمكن استبدال هذه القسائم لشراء قطع الغيار، الاكسسوارات، وملابس راكبي الدراجات. يمكن للعملاء استخدام القسائم لأنفسهم أو كهدية لأحبائهم.

2. الصلاحية

مدة الصلاحية: تنتهي صلاحية قيمة القسيمة الإلكترونية وأي رصيد متبقي بعد عام من تاريخ الإصدار، ولا يمكن تمديدها.

يمكن استخدام القسيمة عدة مرات حتى استنفاد الرصيد بالكامل، طالما أنها ضمن فترة الصلاحية.

انتهاء الصلاحية: ستنتهي صلاحية أي قسيمة لم يتم استبدالها خلال فترة صلاحيتها تلقائيًا.

3. الاستبدال

المشتريات المؤهلة: يمكن استخدام القسيمة الإلكترونية لشراء قطع الغيار، الاكسسوارات، وملابس راكبي الدراجات عبر موقعنا الإلكتروني أو في وكالتي الظهران وجدة.
خيار الشحن الإضافي: إذا كان رصيد القسيمة غير كافٍ لتغطية طلبك، يمكنك دفع الفرق باستخدام أي من طرق الدفع المقبولة لدينا.

4. القيود المفروضة

عدم إمكانية الاسترداد النقدي: لا تحمل القسائم قيمة نقدية، ولا تكسب فائدة، ولا يمكن استردادها نقدًا تحت أي ظرف.
عدم شراء قسائم: لا يمكن استخدام القسائم لشراء قسائم إضافية.

5. الأمان والمسؤولية

حماية كالمبالغ النقدية: يجب حماية رمز القسيمة كما تحمي النقود. نحن غير مسؤولين عن القسائم المفقودة أو المسروقة أو التالفة أو المنتهية. بعد إصدار بطاقات الهدايا الإلكترونية، لا تتحمل شركة هارلي-ديفيدسون® السعودية أي مسؤولية عن الاستخدام غير المصرح به أو المسروق لهذه البطاقات.
بيع نهائي: جميع مشتريات القسائم نهائية. لا يسمح بإلغاء أو استرداد القسائم المشتراة.

Harley-Davidson® Saudi Arabia Gift Card Policy

1. Overview

Harley-Davidson Saudi Arabia- Mohammed Ali Al Mutlaq Sons Co for Trading & Cont. offers a gift card for purchase online at www.harley-davidson-sa.online. Vouchers may be redeemed to purchase Parts, Accessories, and MotorClothes. Customers can buy the Gift card for personal use or to give as a gift to their loved ones.

2. Validity

· Validity Period: The Gift card value and any remaining balance will expire one year from the date of issuance and cannot be extended.

The Gift card can be used multiple times until the full balance is utilised, as long as it is within the validity period.

· Expiry: Any Gift card not redeemed within its validity period will automatically expire.

3. Redemption

· Eligible Purchases: The Gift card may be applied only to parts, accessories, and motorclothes on our website or at the Dhahran and Jeddah dealerships.

· Top-Up Option: If your Gift card balance is insufficient to cover your order, you may pay the difference using any of our accepted payment methods.

4. Restrictions

· No Cash Redemption: Gift card hold no cash value, do not accrue interest, and are not refundable for cash under any circumstances.

· No Voucher Purchases: Gift card may not be used to purchase additional Gift cards.

5. Security & Liability

· Treat Like Cash: Protect your Gift card code as you would cash. We are not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or expired Vouchers. Once the Gift Cards are issued, the Harley-Davidson® Saudi Arabia will hold no responsibility or liability whatsoever for stolen or unauthorised use of the eGift Cards

· Final Sale: All Gift card purchases are final. Cancellations or refunds of purchased Vouchers are not permitted.
